Croalstead Way

Those who walked Croalstead Way come back a changed person. There's something about the stillness up in those mountains that calls to the quiet, forgotten corners of our humanity. It brings memories from our ancestors, those who first trod these ancient landscapes - from a time before time, when man lived with nature and her seasons in perfect synchrony.

Croalstead Way is for serious hikers. There are difficult treks and steep passages that will require some expertise and experience. Though challenging, the reward of such a precious experience is worth it. Not many come this way, but those who do find that the hike is a pilgrimage, and the journey is within.
